Winter Gala - An Evening in Paris

You are cordially invited to Bristol Rotary Club's biggest fundraiser of the year on December 14, 2024, from 6 pm - 10 pm at the Bristol Yacht Club, 101 Poppasquash Road.

You will enjoy a full buffet dinner catered by CPs Catering of Bristol and includes hors d'oeuvres and delicate pastries. Music for dancing will be performed by a local group “Half Step Down.” Please join us for an evening of fun, fellowship, and charitable giving.

As always, the Rotary Club will have everyone's favorite dance game, "Heads or Tails" and win a $1,000 Amazon gift card! The Silent Auction will intrigue you with interesting items with your holiday gifts in mind. You will want to compete in the Live Auction! Here are some of the items to bid on:
 
  • Paradise Guest House in Ponta Delgada Sao Miguel, Azores, 6 days, 5 bedrooms.
  • Choose one month from May through September to stay in a condo on Okemo Mt., in Ludlow, Vermont, sleeps 6 - 8 people.
  • North Coast Boats, a sunset cruise on Narragansett Bay - dinner and drinks provided.
  • Striper Marine, a fishing trip for 2, all day on the Bay – all gear provided.
  • And much more.
 
All proceeds go to Bristol Rotary's Charities Foundation, a 501(c)(3) Public Charity (BRCF) which donates every year to more than 20 charities to help local people (see below).
