The annual Bingo fundraiser was held at St. Elizabeth Parish Hall and was well attended by 158 people and was made successful by the Club volunteers.
The purpose of the Bingo fundraiser was to raise funds for educational grants to local graduating high school students wishing to attend college, trade or vocational schools. A part will also go to a fund we have had for 40 years at Roger Williams University (RWU) for any Bristol student wishing to attend or currently at RWU and needs financial support.
In addition to a large group of volunteers, the bingo games were run (see below) by Bruce Cox, President of Bristol Rotary, and Barbara Palumbo.
Many thanks, especially, to all the volunteers from the Bristol Rotary Club, who came to set-up and take-down and helped make the Bingo evening a success.
