On Wednesday, January 27th, the Bristol Rotary Club donated two more ShelterBox units in addition to the one donated on January 20th in memory of Club President Forrest A. Edward, who pledged the donation during the "Rotary Cares, Rotary Shares" event he organized this past summer. The Club is continuing to solicit donations from Rotarians and others for as many additional units as possible. All donations are consolidated and forwarded to ShelterBox U.S.A., Inc., a 501(c)(3) CharitableTrust administered by the Lakewood Ranch Rotary Club in Bradenton, Florida

Each ShelterBox unit provides shelter and bedding, stove, and cooking and eating utensils, basic tools, and water purification to support up to ten people for up to 90 days.

The ShelterBox humanitarian disaster relief project is supported by contributions from Rotary Clubs throughout the world.
